Whether you’re working solo or in a team, workflows help you track progress, flag content that’s not ready, and ensure only approved pages make it into saved or published versions. Choose between a simple two-step workflow or a more structured approval workflow – whichever fits your team.

The new page-level workflow is planned to replace the legacy version statuses, which have now been hidden from the UI. If you need to re-enable the old version status feature, you can do so in the global Scroll Documents Settings.
