We’re excited to announce the release of Backbone Work Sync 3.1.29-AC. This release introduces global troubleshooting as well as bug fixes.
New: Global Troubleshooting Now Available
We’re introducing Global Troubleshooting, a single place where you can keep track of synchronization errors across all your synchronizations.
Sync-level troubleshooting just got easier. You can now quickly scan and fix errors across all your Backbone synchronizations, saving you from checking each one separately.
The overview is similar to what you're used to from sync-level troubleshooting, still showing:
Details on the errors that occurred
Actions and bulk actions to resolve them
Filter options for errors and synchronizations
With the option to hide “missing message“ errors
We hope you never run into sync errors, but if you do, global troubleshooting makes it easier to catch and fix them quickly, wherever they appear.
You can find the new view under Manage Apps > Backbone Work Sync > Global Troubleshooting. For further details check out the analyze and fix errors article.
