Create and Manage Read Requests

A read request is a request for a user (or group of users) to review and confirm they have read a specific version of a document. You can use read requests to ensure your documents are reviewed by the right people and kept up-to-date.

Read requests are a legacy feature that will eventually be sunsetted and is now hidden in spaces where it was never used. We recommend transitioning away from this feature and exploring alternative solutions. What Can I Do with Read Requests?

With read requests, you can:

Create a Read Request — Create read requests and manage read confirmations for multi-page Confluence documents.

Manage Read Requests and Confirmations — Manage all read requests and confirmations from a single read requests overview.

Close a Read Request — Close a read request for all readers at any time.

Delete a Read Request — Delete a read request for all readers at any time.
