Introducing Backbone Work Sync for Jira đź‘‹
New: Backbone Issue Sync for Jira is now Backbone Work Sync for Jira. This follows Atlassian's recent update as they move from "issues" to "work" and “work items” to better represent the diverse ways teams use the platform.
While Atlassian's terminology update currently applies only to Jira Cloud, we're aligning the change across both platforms. Therefore, Backbone is now 'Backbone Work Sync' for both Jira Cloud and Data Center.

What's Changing for You?
Your existing syncs and configurations will continue to work as before.
Following this release, the app's name will be updated. Other UI elements using the term 'issue' will remain unchanged.
You'll soon also see terminology updates in our documentation and communications.
What Do You Need to Do?
No action is required from your side. However, it’s recommended that you update any internal documentation referencing "Backbone Issue Sync."

Sync Panel Visibility
You can now also restrict the sync panel visibility on a synchronization level. That means you can alter the visibility on three different levels:
In the manage app section you can alter it for all synchronizations
In the project settings you can alter it for all synchronizations for that project
In the synchronization, you can alter it for that synchronization.
