Scroll Viewport 2.23.2 is a bug fix release.

With this release we introduce the following bug fixes for the help center theme:

• VPRT-1605: Pinned pages are not being listed in Viewport 2.23.1

• VPRT-1604: The velocity-allowlist module cannot be enabled when running Confluence with Java 21
